PHOTOGRAPHY BY LYN MACDONALD

This site is a collection of images taken of the Moray Firth in northeast Scotland.
It includes photos of the Firth's resident dolphin population and the
northern lights, as well as many of the small villages, in all seasons,
that are scattered along its spectacular coastline.

Each section has a page of thumbnails which link to a page of larger images by clicking on the photos.

East and West is a taster selection
of photos from the whole area.

The Moray Firth page contains general photos
of the Firth, especially the dolphins
and other wildlife that live in the area.
Pennan to Cullen includes all of the coastal villages
along the eastern part of the Firth including
Gardenstown, Portsoy and Crovie. Pennan is the village
where the movie "Local Hero" was filmed.
Portknockie to Findhorn also covers Findochty,
Buckie, Lossiemouth, Hopeman and Burghead.
Everything else includes all of the photos that don't fit well
into any of the other pages. There are palm trees,
silly signs and the occasional sun and moon.
